Don’t forget to schedule at least one practice this week!! Even if you’re just starting out! One of the easiest things we can sense as highly sensitive people is emotions!!! That is a fantastic starting point for practice. Sitting with a partner and sensing the emotion. Let them give you feedback after. It will help build the muscle and build your confidence xx
