Did you know, that by rubbing your bare feet on different textures can also help with grounding. This may be more helpful for those of us who live in cold climates where it may not be a good idea to go outside in bare feets. Well, unless you want to send your piggies to the arctic. 😅 I also personally find that rolling a ball with my bare foot helps too. 🦶
