Caseload Priority Triage Tool
Hey BCBAs — I made something for us.
If you've ever felt like your caseload is running YOU instead of the other way around... same. That's why I built this.
The Caseload Priority Triage is a fillable Word doc with 5 sections:
1. Client Priority Snapshot — see every client sorted by urgency (dropdown: Stable, High, Urgent)
2. Clinical Notes — 3 deep-dive blocks for the clients that need more this week
3. Staffing Concern Log — track no-shows, patterns, and build your data trail
4. Reinforce Strong Staff — name the behavior, name the reinforcer (OBM in action)
5. Action Checklist — clear to-dos, clear ownership, clear deadlines
It comes with a filled-in sample so you can see exactly how to use it, plus a license and quick-start guide.
