February Workshop featuring Loom AI
This Thursday the 19th at 3PM EST, we'll be featuring Loom AI. A tool designed to eliminate "meetings that could have been an email" by turning your quick video walkthroughs into polished written assets.
The Workflow We Will Master:
- Ideation (Automated Context): We will record a raw screen-share explaining a process or update. Loom AI immediately generates a catchy title, concise summary, and timestamped chapters so viewers can skip to the relevant parts.
- Creation (Video-to-Doc): We will use AI Workflows to convert the video into a text document. With one click, the AI takes your spoken words and creates a Step-by-Step Guide or SOP, even pulling in screenshots from your recording to illustrate the steps.
- No-Skill Editing: We will utilize Filler Word Removal and Silence Removal. This "magically" cleans up your audio by cutting out "ums," "ahs," and long pauses, making your first take your final take.
Why this tool? It bridges the gap between video and written documentation. It ensures that even if someone doesn't watch the video, the AI has already written the summary and action items for them.
