Each week includes:
One focused theme (e.g. tunnel perception, identity vs symptom, nervous system narrowing)
One simple awareness exercise
One reflection prompt
Ongoing discussion in a small, thoughtful space
Once a month:
A live group session where we deepen the theme together.
This is not therapy.
It’s structured exploration.
