It’s Day 3. The Grand Finale.
We identified your stress pattern. We learned to regulate. Now, we apply it to money.
Business growth requires risk. And risk feels like danger to the body. But today, we are going to do something "scary" while keeping our nervous system in the driver's seat.
👉 YOUR MISSION: I want you to pick ONE task you’ve been avoiding because it feels "unsafe":
  • Posting your prices publicly.
  • Following up with that lead who ghosted you.
  • Sending that email to your list.
  • Recording a video with your face on it.
The Steps:
  1. Do the breathing exercise from Day 2.
  2. Wait until you feel a "shift" (yawning, sighing, shoulders dropping).
  3. DO THE THING.
If you do this from a regulated state, the result doesn't matter. You are teaching your body: "I can do scary things and I am still safe."
