Most entrepreneurs try to "think" their way out of stress. "Just be positive! Just push through!" But you can’t talk your body out of a panic attack. You have to feel your way out.
We need to widen your Window of Tolerance—your capacity to hold the pressure of business without snapping.
👉 THE RITUAL (The Physiological Sigh): I want you to do this before you open your laptop today:
- Inhale deeply through your nose.
- At the very top, take one more tiny sniff of air (expanding the lungs fully).
- Exhale long and slow through your mouth (like you’re breathing through a straw).
- Repeat 5 times.
Why this works: This offloads carbon dioxide and literally flips a switch in your brain from "Survival Mode" to "Focus Mode."
