⚽️ Hydration Tip for Our Athletes 💧
As Coach Jessie mentioned on yesterday’s coaching call, when athletes start craving salty snacks after practice, it is often your body trying to tell you it needs hydration and electrolytes, not chips 😅
As your community nurse 🩺, one thing I like and personally use is Ultima Replenisher (0 calories).
It is very easy to use. You just pour one packet into your water bottle, shake it, and it is ready.
I am actually about to drink one right now since I just finished Orangetheory and I am a little under the weather 😭💛

Electrolytes can really help with:
🏃‍♂️ post-training recovery
🔥 game days
😷 feeling sick or low-energy
⏱️ and even for fasting parents
Hydration plays such an important role in energy, mood, muscle recovery, and overall performance, especially for our athletes. 💦
