✈️Learning What the Next Level Looks Like
Hi everyone! My name is Cassandra, and I'm excited to be part of this community.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-C (LCSW-C), private practice owner, workshop educator who provides trainings on a variety of mental health and professional development topics, clinical supervisor, and ASWB exam tutor helping aspiring LBSWs, LMSWs, and LCSWs prepare for licensure. I'm also a small real estate investor with a passion for building businesses that create lasting impact in my community.
One question I keep coming back to is this:
How do I know what leveling up looks like if I've never been there before? If I've never invested in coaching or consulting, how would I know what opportunities I'm missing or what skills or strategies are needed to reach the next level?
I believe we don't know what we don't know, and sometimes the fastest way to grow is by learning from someone who's already walked the path.
I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here, sharing what I know, and making meaningful connections. What has helped you identify your own next level?
