Blade Lift
Made this Pinch “knife” Blade out of some aluminum plate. And Yep, it is sharpened. It makes for a great tool to train pinch between the heel of your palm and the finger tips/thumb. Plus there’s the added fun of making sure you don’t let it slide out of your grip weird and slice up your hand (I prefer to lift it with the edge facing away from my skin). Worked up to a single @ 80lbs.

Just curious if any knows who makes this rolling handle

Double Barrels
Made these implements a few days ago and finally got ‘round to trying them out today. Turns out they’re pretty fun and a good multi-aspect workout as well: thumb/pinch/crush grip. Worked up to 105lbs on the 67.5mm width, 95lbs on the 86mm width(mixed size tubing w/ 0.5” gap-this one is similar to the “Anaconda” by John Oka) and 85lbs on the 85mm width.

Handles
So far I am enjoying the experience of being able to train with both of these pieces. They are very different from eachother. They have taught me quite a bit already about the different methods they each represent. More to come in the future with these handles. Much more.

Homemade setting blocks
I was in the search of a suitable setting block, so I thought instead of purchasing one, why not make it yourself? So I dug around in a scrap metal bin and found these two blocks. The thick one is 40mm / 1.5" and the thinner one is 19.8mm / 0.78". Of course I cleaned them up, filed the edges a little bit and here they are!🔥
