- THIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL CARE. Posts from the ElevateMD team are educational. They are not personalized medical advice. Clinical questions about YOUR treatment, YOUR labs, or YOUR protocol should go through your ElevateMD patient portal — not this community.
- NO SOURCING DISCUSSION. Do not ask about or share where to buy peptides, NAD+, or any medication outside of a licensed pharmacy with a valid prescription. Posts discussing gray-market sourcing, research chemical suppliers, or self-prescribing will be removed.
- EVIDENCE OVER ANECDOTE. We value personal experiences, but frame them as such. "This worked for me" is welcome. "This cures X" is not. The clinical team will flag claims that misrepresent the evidence.
- RESPECT PRIVACY. Do not share other members' health information. Do not screenshot or share posts outside this community without the author's permission.
- BE DIRECT, BE KIND. Disagreement is fine. Personal attacks are not. We're all here because we take our health seriously — assume good intent.
Posts violating these guidelines will be removed. Repeated violations result in removal from the community.
