Busy and built are not the same thing. Most people confuse them daily.
Busy is motion. Built is direction.
You can be completely exhausted and making zero real progress at the same time โ if the motion isn't pointed at anything that actually matters to you.
Hot take: the most intentional people I know are often the least busy-looking. They just work on fewer, more important things. With more focus. Less noise.
Real question for the community:
Are you building right now โ or are you just moving?
Be honest. Both feel like effort. Only one compounds.
