ELAiE Network – “Future-Ready Skills for Today’s Educators.”
Founded on 1 Dec 2025, by Coach BK Han and Khloe Wan Feng, ELAiE Network is a modern online academy empowering early childhood educators with essential skills for today’s classrooms. By combining foundational early learning principles with AI-enhanced tools and innovative teaching strategies, ELAiE Network equips teachers to plan efficiently, spark creativity, and confidently nurture the next generation of learners.
Both have extensive experience in the early child education.
Coach BK Han lead and crafted 209 STEAM inspried program for the China Early Childhood and also consultant to 3 early childhood education companies in China in 2018 and 2019. He is currently focus on Ai education.
Khloe Wan Feng: Education and Publishing Leader 📚
Khloe Wan Feng is an accomplished education and publishing professional with deep experience in curriculum development, policy planning, and early childhood education within Singapore's public sector and the international academic publishing field.
🌟 Career Highlights
- Former Senior Manager at Singapore's Ministry of Education (MOE): Khloe held dual roles as a Senior Manager in both the Education Planning Division and the Curriculum Planning Division of the MOE. In these capacities, she contributed to shaping national education strategies and the design of school curricula.
- Early Childhood Development Authority (ECDA) Leadership: She has served as a Council Member on the Singapore Early Childhood Education Council, where she played a role in advising on and advancing the quality and standards of early childhood care and education in Singapore.
- International Academic Publishing: Khloe currently serves as a Partner and the Asia Head for a Cambridge International Academic Publisher, leveraging her extensive educational background to drive regional strategy and development for academic publications.
- Singapore Principals' Association: She is also a respected member of the Singapore Principals' Association.
