Welcome to the Collective! Emily & I are really glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way into this space, chances are life has been pulling you in a hundred different directions for a long time.
Some of you are navigating adoption. Some of you are walking through divorce or deep grief. Some of you are carrying medical stress, parenting kids with big needs, or holding everything together for everyone else.
And maybe right now, you’re reading this with tight shoulders, a shallow breath, or that familiar pressure in your chest that says, “I’m tired, but I don’t know how to stop.”
This space exists for connection, learning, and growth, without judgment and without pressure.
No performing. No fixing yourself and no need to be “farther along” to belong here.
We’ll be popping in about once a week to start conversations around wellness, emotional healing, parenting, faith, and the real-life moments that don’t always feel good.
We truly want your voice here. Your questions, your reflections, and your lived experience matter.
This will also be the home for our courses and 1:1 coaching, so everything can live in one place—without you having to search, juggle, or keep track of a million tabs when your nervous system is already maxed out.
Please remember this:
You are not broken. Nothing about you needs to be fixed. You are good just the way you are.
What you’re experiencing makes sense in the body of a woman who has carried a lot for a very long time.
God loves you deeply—not the future, more positive version of you… but you, right here, on the exact timeline you’re on. There is no rush. No comparison. No deadline for peace, joy, or a life that feels more manageable.
