You’ll find the ticket inside Seller Central messages. Follow this path exactly:
- Log into Raquel’s Seller Central
- Top right corner → click the gear icon (Settings)
- Click Help
- Scroll down → click Get Support
- Click View your cases / Case log
OR faster:
Top right → Help → then look for “Your support cases”
That’s where Amazon stores every ticket and update.
You’re looking for:
- Case ID number
- Status (Open / Pending / Awaiting Amazon / Closed)
- What team owns it (Billing, Account Health, Verification)
