Eclipse University is the training home for the Eclipse Buys Homes team. We buy distressed houses directly from Massachusetts homeowners and give them a simple, fair way to sell. Every member of the team learns the same way, right here.
What's inside:
- Eclipse Foundations: who we are, our core values and how we run on EOS. Everyone starts here.
- ISA & FUS Onboarding (10 days): calls, follow-up and setting the appointment.
- Acquisitions Onboarding (5 days): the process call, underwriting and the signed contract.
- Dispo Onboarding (5 days): buyers, the deal package and contract to close.
How it works: watch each lesson, practice live with your trainer, then pass the daily quiz (80% to pass). Every course ends with certification.
