Hello, I’m encountering an issue that I’m unsure how to resolve. The mock-up images I’m uploading to Etsy are displaying with a black background instead of a transparent one, which has never happened to me before. I am selecting “transparent” when downloading the mock-ups, so I’m not sure what’s causing it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!

So I have been playing around and clicking and trying to find the products that are already done up and can be resold. I can't find them anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?
