I have images that I am using in my products on my website that I no longer have access to, to complete my orders, such as the prayer worries and many others. I didn't think we were losing that file. Hello, I’m encountering an issue that I’m unsure how to resolve. The mock-up images I’m uploading to Etsy are displaying with a black background instead of a transparent one, which has never happened to me before. I am selecting “transparent” when downloading the mock-ups, so I’m not sure what’s causing it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!
