Today's challenge is to eat the rainbow.
Your goal is to include at least 5 different colours of fruits and vegetables in your meals today.
๐ŸŒฟ Green โ€“ spinach, broccoli, cucumber, green beans
๐Ÿ… Red โ€“ tomatoes, capsicum, strawberries
๐ŸŸ  Orange โ€“ carrots, pumpkin, oranges
๐ŸŸก Yellow โ€“ corn, yellow capsicum
๐ŸŸฃ Purple/Blue โ€“ beetroot, eggplant, blueberries, red cabbage
Bonus Challenge: Try one healthy food you've never eaten before or prepare a favourite vegetable in a new way.
When you're done, post a photo of your colourful plate or tell us which five colours you managed to eat today!
