Hi! Hopefully these are not stupid questions but would use some insight…

When you have a Shopify business where people upload their own photos where do they get sent??- Is it to your email and then you save them to computer and upload to a template you have and print??

Also, how are the people getting email updates is that all just linked and automatically sent? Do you have to do anything once you ship the package out to initiate it?
