I’m Drew Preiss. Most of you know me from FX Fitness or the optimization world, but before I’m a coach or a researcher, I’m a Dad and a Husband.
I know the drill: You’re running businesses, managing a household, and trying to stay high-performance without living in the gym for 3 hours a day.
Here’s the reality check: You don’t lose your edge because you got older or busier. You lose it because you stopped using the right protocols.
I built this community to bridge the gap between High-Density Training (getting in, hitting it hard, and getting out) and Longevity Science (using research like peptides to actually recover like you’re 22 again).
