X-mas dinners...
What will you prepare for your Christmas Dinner?
we have this tradition of a huge ham and italien salad...
and the next day… same salad but with Wiener Schnitzel… 😂
same for new years eve…
but since i am no longer eating dead animals… i had to find a replacement..
and this year… it will be an awesome mushroom!
Do you know Lions Mane? It is very healthy and covered in a panade of egg and breadcrumbs… DELICIOUS 💖💖
I dont know if they will be ready for x-mas, but for sure for new year… a young couple near me, started to cultivate them in their cellar during the plandemic, cause they wanted to be more self-sufficient and sustainable … isnt that great?
