Mystic Makeover Retreat
I’ve been feeling into who this Mystic Makeover retreat is really for – and I suspect, if you’re reading this, you’re one of them.
This is for you if:
• You can feel old survival patterns running in the background, even as you do “the work”
• Your body is asking for deep rest and recalibration, not just more information
• You sense there’s a clearer, steadier version of you ready to land – but it hasn’t quite clicked into place yet
Mystic Makeover is a full day and evening immersion in a sacred forest temple space in Carmel, California, designed to restore the signal between your Soul and Body so life can reorganise around coherence instead of exhaustion.
What we’ll actually be doing;
• Guided soul retrieval to call back the parts of you that disconnected to stay safe
• Deep nervous system recalibration so your body can finally exhale
• Grounded energetic clearing to dissolve old stories, patterns, and stored charge
• Embodied integration so the shift isn’t just a “peak experience”, but something you can live from
When your soul is more fully seated in your body, you may notice:

• Presence instead of being on guard
• Natural expression instead of self-censoring
