You don’t need a crazy workout to start.
You just need to loosen up and move.
Even on busy days, I make time for this, and yeah… sometimes I’ve got my little one right there with me.
Start simple:
Quick Warm Up (2–3 mins):
• 30 sec reach for toes
• 30 sec quad stretch (grab your foot)
• Core twists
• Arm circles
• 10–15 bodyweight squats
That’s it.
Do this daily and your body will feel completely different.
Consistency beats intensity, always.
