Permission!
I just want to say thank you to Helen for creating this beautiful little space and everyone sharing.
It’s helped me give myself permission to play again.
I found using a biro in my notepad helped me overcome the fear of a blank page. Everyone sharing has helped me with the need for it to be “perfect”. I’m currently sat playing with watercolours, with no outcome in mind, just painting a feeling.
