A Clean Heart
“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.”
Why a clean heart is connected with the presence of the Lord in us and trough us?
King David know exactly this when he sin against the Lord with Bet Sheba. Just those have a clean hands and a pure heart can see Him can have the glimpse and live in the totallity of His presence.
The intentions and motivations of our heart must be purified by the Holy Spirit for us to be aware of His nearness. It’s not about perfection but to have a life in holiness and santifcarion before the King.
This is only possible by abide in Him in His presence and the word of God reveal in your heart as a rhema word.
I love this book from Jeane Guyon one of my favorites. she understood like many of the prophets and general of faith a life completely surrender to Jesus trough love, silence, and consistence prayer trough the word of God.
Intimacy with Jesus is the only thing that will remains trough all the eternity.
I want to encourage you today! To Abide in Him and Him abide in you. Let Him purify our hearts with His love, presence and His blood. Washing our dead’s works trough His word.
