🛠 Supplies Needed
• Old lamp (base + shade)
• Sandpaper or deglosser
• Primer (optional but recommended)
• Paint (spray paint or acrylic)
• Painter’s tape
• Fabric, rope, crystals, or embellishments (for shade)
• Hot glue gun & glue sticks

✨ Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Unplug & Disassemble
Remove the shade and bulb. Clean the base and shade from dust or oils.
2️⃣ Prep the Base
Lightly sand or degloss the surface so paint will stick.
3️⃣ Prime & Paint
Spray or brush paint the base in even coats. Let dry fully between coats.
4️⃣ Revamp the Shade
• Fabric Wrap: Cover it with fabric using hot glue.
• Painted Shade: Tape off patterns and paint.
• Add Texture: Wrap with rope, add fringe, beads, or rhinestones.
5️⃣ Reassemble & Style
Once dry, put everything back together and plug in your masterpiece!
