Some days don’t end cleanly. They linger.
A weird conversation, a frustrating moment, something you keep replaying…and somehow it follows you into the next morning.
But Isaiah 43:18 gently reminds us: "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.”
Not because it didn’t matter—but because it doesn’t get to carry into today.
You don’t have to wake up and relive yesterday. You can release it.
Today is new. And you’re allowed to step into it with a clear mind and a peaceful heart.
🙏 Morning Prayer
God, Thank You for this new day.
Help me let go of anything from yesterday that I’m still holding onto. The thoughts, the tension, the moments I keep replaying—I release them to You.
Renew my mind, reset my heart, and fill me with peace as I move forward today.
Amen.
