The Foundation of Everything: Connection 💚
Before you can walk in your purpose, you need CONNECTION.
Connection to God (which is the foundation) AND Connection to yourself. To your authentic desires. To the truth of who you are beneath the "shoulds" and expectations.
Here's what I see with high-achievers: You've built success on what you THOUGHT you should do. But deep down, you feel levels of disconnect.
**Leviticus 19:18** reminds us: "You must love your neighbor as yourself."
But how can you love your neighbor if you're disconnected from who YOU really are?
**This week's challenge:** Spend 10 minutes in silence with God. No phone. No distractions. Just you and Him. Ask: *"God, who am I really? What do You see in me?"*
Then journal what comes up.
