It began in San Francisco, serving Silicon Valley technology companies as a Sales & Marketing Product Manager and Senior Corporate Trainer in voice messaging technology. I became the trusted voice behind executive greetings, client training, system tutorials, and learning experiences.
That work evolved into strategy consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and organizational consulting. Across more than 30 years, one pattern became clear: people rarely struggle because they lack ability. More often, they're responding to the wrong diagnosis.
