Hi everyone, I’m Fabian Msafiri, and I’m excited to be part of this community.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence focused on engineering AI systems that can convert unstructured clinical and operational narratives into structured, auditable intelligence. My research is driven by the challenge of bridging human language and narratives to operational decision-making, with the goal of making clinical research more efficient, transparent, and innovative.
Professional background: I am a Clinical AI/ML Scientist focused on building scalable analytics systems that turn complex clinical and operational data into predictive, risk-aware insights that accelerate trials and support compliance. I design data architectures and automation workflows, work with unstructured sources, and translate findings into explainable dashboards that stakeholders can trust.
Outside of work, I am a big motorsport enthusiast with a particular love for Formula 1. I enjoy the precision, data, and strategy behind every race, and I am always up for a good conversation about racing, cars and sports.
