Have a spread of 6 different special finance deals I'm working with direct to the person who has them on contract two of them were posted on privy

Just spent the last week and a half investing time and energy into proposing used to my buyers had interest had things going then my buyers just dropped off today

Wondering if there’s anybody here who would like to give things a look and potentially help me push things out? Would split my assignment fee with you. I just want help learning the assignment fee ropes as well as getting some of these pushed out because the time and energy put into them. Buyers are removing forward with a couple of them then today got back to me saying that they aren’t interested anymore so a little disappointed.

Would be my first deal in months 😭
