Before sharing anything here, take a moment and answer this — honestly, and without polishing it:
What challenge are you currently avoiding that you know would change you if you faced it?
This can be physical, psychological, relational, or practical. You don’t need to explain everything. One or two sentences is enough.
This community is built on practice and honesty — not performance.
I’ll go first: I am avoiding telling people I meet that I am a mountain guide because I am afraid they will judge me as non-traditional.
