Hey everybody,
I'm running into dead ends in LA County for Tax defaulted properties. Instead of sitting on them not knowing what to do, if any other local-ish operator wants to take a crack at them, id be happy to get on a call and discuss how far we've gotten with each of them and work together to get them closed.
