Repair or replace?

Morning all got a real scenario I am looking at and just want to see what people think. Got an email from PM last night saying a units A/C is not working. This is the following repairs and cost

Install new 3-ton compressor

Install new wiring harness

Install new capacitor for new compressor

Install new filter drier

Nitrogen pressure test & vacuum decay

Add 5–6 lbs of virgin R-410a refrigerant

Total: $3,277.50

Getting another quote to see if can get it for any cheaper. My question is if this is the price, is it worth spending 3k to repair (unit is 2013) or just replace the whole thing. Don't have a quote for full replace but I am thinking with unit being ~13 years old its a matter of time so do I put the band-aid or bite the bullet. Thank you all for your input!
