Projects don’t come neatly packaged.
Requirements change.
Stakeholders disagree.
Timelines move.
Budgets shift.
A great PM doesn’t freeze.
They don’t panic.
They don’t wait for someone to tell them what to do.
They move forward anyway — with clarity, structure, and confidence.
This is exactly why so many “qualified” candidates get passed over…while others with less experience get hired.
It’s not about being perfect. It's about being decisive.
