Day 22-28: 30 Day Challenge
Happy Labor Day! I know you may be taking the day off, but to keep on track with our 30 day challenge: Here is your FULL WEEK plan with you for days 22-28 of our challenge.
Keep in mind, this is future tense for me as well, so I don’t have examples to share with you YET, but you’ll start to notice them in the daily engagement thread posts.
I will still make daily engagement thread posts Mon-Fri and remind you of the day's posting guidance that I've created and shared here for you! This just allows you to plan more in a week's timeframe or plan to switch days around for busier/easier days needed for your schedule!
Day 22 (Monday): There’s literally only 2 things you ever need…….to achieve ambitious desire. Either drive them to caption or list #1 on screen and then say #2 or the most important can be found below.

(If there’s more than 2 things you’re mentioning, change that in words on screen to match something like there’s only ever 3 things you need”
Here’s why:
Break down your methodology of each reasoning and WHY it works.
List 1-2 liners about specific clients (mention them by name for even more proof) about how you took them from X to Y or created them into happy returning clients without WHATEVER THEY DIDN’T WANT TO DO (spend more money, break the budget, waste more time, wait 2 weeks for shipping, give up their favorite foods, etc)
I know you’re feeling _______ (limited belief/hold back)
But there’s so much _________(whatever they are desiring/specific feeling) that awaits you (on the other side of working with me/my business or what the next step of entering your world looks like)
CTA word to the next place you want to drive them.
In stories:
Slide 1: It’s not what you think…..
Slide 2: It’s actually only about 2 things (poll, “are you ready for me to spill it” and “omg I didn’t know it was this easy”)
Slide 3: But first, do you want results like this? Share Client names or screen shots of happy/returning clients again with either a poll or drag the bar to amp them up and learn how your warm audience is based on story engagement…
Slide 4: The #1 thing you need is: and list it out
Slide 5: Now for #2 (the most important)!!!! Then Link to your post

Day 24 (Wednesday): What I told my client to do so she can __________ (whatever a recent client asked you or the exact ambitious desire you create for your clients, you can make this more singular term vs broad term) (phf example of specific questions vs broad term would be: what I told my client to do so she can lost 20 pounds without ever having to intermittent fast again)

Slide 5: Invite them to your CTA/FREEBIE from post by linking it straight in stories
Day 25 (Thursday): DTC! Find/Create Your (Desired Ambition in 60 seconds). Write a script that starts off with the words “Did you know this is HOW to _________(whatever their ambitious desire is)” You want to hook them in with the first sentence, also put this caption on the screen for the first few seconds and have generated captions for the entire video. Introduce yourself (very quickly and say what you do with some type of trust factor line (how long you’ve been in business, if you’re partnered with a. Company that’s done big things, number of success stories, whatever your super power is) and not only explain your own unique methodology, but mention how it worked for your client (mention their name) and how you helped them with whatever their ambitious desire was with your business!
Day 26 (Friday): Your life changes when you experience this moment
SHARE YOU OWN I’M DONE MOMENT. Either DTC, Video Reel and Drive to Caption or Carousels for Nurturing

The most powerful moment of all.

It’s a universal experience, and it’s POWERFUL.

Subject line 2: The Most Powerful Moment You Could Experience
2 Optional Weekend Posts for Days 27+ 28:
Weekend Optional Post 1: It’s ok if you don’t know how to do ____________ enter in whatever their ultimate ambitious desire is (that’s what I’m here for!)
In caption, tell them it’s ok to feel their limited beliefs, but they don’t have to stay there! List out the specific fears/limited beliefs and how you help them overcome them!
Do a quick little summary relief statement about your methodology and how you make it easy for them. If you can mention 1-2 lines of 1-2 case studies/client testimonials - that is great way to add social proof! We will reuse this caption for a DTC next week!!!
Weekend Optional Post 2: Just a gentle reminder that your _______ limited belief/fear is just your brain telling your body to stop because it doesn’t feel safe reaching the goal you want. There isn’t anything wrong with you, it’s just your brain is wired to keep you the same, not for change/success.
Caption: You’re a normal human!
