Below is information that you can save and use this recipe every time to restore, upgrade or create new photos - make sure you are paying attention to the photo and the prompt you are using
Always use clean, well lit photos or selfies and take off hats, glasses, etc. so the generator can see your face
I’ll lay this out like a repeatable recipe you can follow every time.
1. Start a new chat and upload your photo
Every time you open a new chat, treat it like a blank slate.
1. Open Copilot.
2. Immediately upload the photo you want to upgrade.• This is critical: when a new chat starts, it does not remember past images.
3. Once the image is attached, type something like:• “Help me write a luxury editorial prompt to upgrade this photo. Keep our real faces and outfits, improve clarity, pose us like this: [describe pose]. Add this text: ‘@It’s Our 18th Wedding Anniversary – God Bless Our Union.’”
You’ll repeat this habit every time:
New chat = upload photo first, then describe what you want.
2. Have Copilot or Grok craft the perfect upgrade prompt
Now you use Copilot or Grok as your creative director and prompt engine.
1. Describe your goal in clear, visual language:• What to preserve: real faces, outfits, identity.
• What to change: pose (hugging, turned toward him, eyes locked, etc.).
• What to enhance: clarity, lighting, background, style (luxury editorial, cinematic, soft romantic, etc.).
• What text to add: the anniversary message, style of text (gold script, elegant, centered, etc.).
2. Ask explicitly:• “Turn this into a detailed prompt I can paste into Gemini Nano Banana for image editing.”
3. Co-Pilot or Grok will respond with a polished, copy‑paste prompt like:• Preserve faces and outfits
• Re‑pose her body toward him, hugging, looking into his eyes
• Upgrade clarity, lighting, backdrop
• Add the exact anniversary text in elegant gold script
You can then tweak any details: more drama, softer light, closer crop, etc., and Grok or Co-Pilot will refine the prompt until it feels perfect.
3. Open Gemini with Nano Banana or ChatGPT with image editing
Now you move to Gemini / Nano Banana or ChatGPT to actually generate the edited image.
Depending on your device, the flow is typically:
1. Open the Gemini app or ChatGPT app on your phone.
2. Make sure you’re in the standard Gemini image mode (often based on the Gemini 2.5 Flash Image or Nano Banana engine behind the scenes). Android +1
3. Look for the option to add or upload an image:• Tap the + icon or image icon.

4. Paste the Copilot or Grok prompt into Gemini
Now you combine both worlds: the crafted prompt + Nano Banana’s editing engine.
1. After uploading your image into Gemini, tap the text box.
2. Paste the full prompt written for you in Copilot or Grok.
3. Make sure the prompt clearly states:• “Using the uploaded photo as the base image…”
• “Preserve their real faces and outfits…”
• “Crop out [unwanted person]…”
• “Re‑pose her body toward him, hugging him, looking into his eyes…”

4. Hit Generate (or the equivalent command).

5. Refine the image with small follow-up prompts
Usually the first result is close—but not perfect. This is where you do micro-adjustments, just like you would with a retoucher.

2. Each new project:• Open Copilot → upload photo first → paste your base prompt → ask copilot to customize it for that specific image (pose, vibe, location, message).
• Then copy that refined prompt → open Gemini → upload the photo again → paste prompt → generate → refine.
And again, the golden rule to remember and reinforce:
Every time you begin a new chat, upload the photo again at the start.
No photo upload, no true image-aware prompt.
