😎7 tips if you're new to Skool
From another skooler 👉🏽the crazy version.😜
✨We just crossed 103 members—87 joined in the last month. Not an overnight success, but consistent results.
✅Here's what's working:
🎯1. Start with 15-20 founding members you already know. I invited people I was already talking to before launching. This created instant conversation and social proof.
🎯2. Focus on 2 platforms and go deep into them. YouTube + email marketing for me. Master your channels before expanding.
🎯3. Make joining simple for new members. Pin a "start here" post. Auto-DM with next steps. Remove all confusion.
🎯4. Host 1:1 calls with new members—no pitching. Weekly welcome calls to get to know people. Just provide value. Trust builds naturally.
🎯5. Have freaking patience—this compounds. Most quit at 50-100 members. Real growth happens months 3-6. Stay consistent.
🎯6. Track retention like revenue depends on it. New members are exciting. Keeping them is profitable. I message anyone who's been inactive for 7+ days.
🎯7. Seed conversations early with engaged members. Ask your most active members to share wins first. Others will follow their lead.
✨Bonus insight: Skool isn't a course platform. It's a relationship engine. Optimize for connection, not consumption.
👉🏽If you're new: What's your #1 roadblock right now?🤔
👉🏽If you've been here a while: What's one tip you'd add to this list?
✨✨✨Let's figure this out together.😁🤝🏽
