Looking for scalable young-hungry talent

For the past 7 months my co-founder and I have started and scaled an AI agency (MAXIMUS)
to over 15 clients.
But to us that’s still baby leagues, we want to scale our agency to the number 1 spot in at least South Africa. Not selling simple GHL systems but building massive AI infrastructure that we call “Growth engines”. So far 14 clients have simple AI systems since those are the easiest to close but we’ve got 1 client already on a “Growth Engine” and it’s performing really well.
The sales role is for you even if your not highly skilled but your willing to go through our sales training made specifically for our team.
Now we’re hiring in the following departments with really high commission rates… super scalable for you:
sales associate [outreach, 15% comm, we need to get as many good sales people in this role as possible ]
[ inbound meetings, for more experienced associates 10% comm, in this position we’re only looking for the best of the best from the first sales position that we’ll give to all our reps when they start, the best performing get to do this part as well.
complicated AI systems developer[ highest pay[20% comm, would build the complicated expensive builds and would need to be really good with tech, only looking for one right now.
simple GHL customiser for clients [only looking for one right now. soon more, 5% comm( they would just edit and customise our GHL templates for our smaller clients builds)(would get all the info from our sales associates on what to build)
lead gen and paid ads specialist [only looking for one right now. 20% comm, this would be for our clients that want to run paid ads, cold email campaigns, etc and get extra leads
SMM and lead magnet specialist [only looking for one right now. 20% comm, this position is for someone that already has experience growing businesses digitally with content and will be for our clients that want that service.
All the comm rates can be negotiated tho.
and keep in mind that equity is on the table for our long term members.
