AI Using Your Data - How to turn off
Just a reminder that if you dont want Claude or ChatGPT using your data to train their models, you can turn it off in the settings.
Claude
- Go to settings, privacy, and toggle off "Help Improve Claude"
ChatGPT
- Go to Settings, data control and toggle off "Improve the model for everyone"
- In the ChatGPT Custom GPTs that you have created, go to Edit GPT, Additional Settings and toggle off "USe conversation data in your GPT to improve our models"
