Ive always said clean home, clean mind 🧘
I spent part of the weekend sorting out my garage with my partner and it’s one of those jobs you keep putting off because it’s a mess and feels too big to tackle. (Ngl I haaaaaaate this job)
But as I started I realised something… It wasn’t just physical clutter. It was all the “I’ll sort that later” jobs that had built up over time… just like in business.
Once I started throwing out what didn’t serve me, giving everything a proper home and creating flow, it suddenly felt lighter, calmer and easier to find what we needed.
Honestly it’s exactly the same feeling when you tighten up your business operations.
✅ Create order in your tools and files.
✅ Update your automations.
✅ Let go of what’s no longer working.
✅ Make space for what’s actually useful.
Sometimes we think we need a new strategy, when really we just need to tidy up the one we’ve already got and make time and space for the things we do need.
Has anyone else noticed how physical decluttering helps your mental and business clarity too?
