I’ve noticed engagement in the group has been VERY low lately 👀 and I need y’all to remember: you have to participate in the process if you want to position yourself for approval.

I actually had a surprise planned for the group, but I’m going to hold onto it until I see the engagement pick back up. 😏

Would y’all like to actually watch me run payroll in real time and explain how I structure the banking side of a business?
One of the biggest things I’m noticing is that a lot of my self-employed members are making money, but they’re not properly utilizing their business bank accounts or running consistent payroll.
Making money is one thing.
Being able to DOCUMENT that income when it’s time for an approval is another.
When you start preparing for a mortgage, vehicle, credit card, line of credit, or other financing, the lender may ask for documentation to verify your income. Depending on the type of financing and how your business is structured, that can include things like:
✨ Business and personal bank statements
✨ Tax returns
✨ Profit & loss statements
✨ Pay stubs/payroll records
✨ W-2s or 1099s
✨ Proof of consistent deposits and cash flow
I want to show you how to start thinking like an APPROVAL-READY business owner instead of waiting until you apply to figure out what your paperwork should look like.
