This is the whole standard, written out. Nothing in here changes.
Read it once. Then you never have to decide anything again.
Five things, every day. All five or the day does not count. Four out of five reads exactly the same as zero, because it is.
1. THE GREATNESS WORKOUT
Carrying load. 45 minutes.
The clock starts on your first rep, not when you walk into the garage. Warm-up counts. Scrolling between sets does not.
The load starts at 10kg. Same for every man, whatever you weigh. Vest, pack, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell. Whatever you have.
Where you are heading is 10% of your bodyweight. That is a target on your profile, not a gate on your day. You are never red for being under it.
Does not count: stretching, mobility, a sport, or a class that is mostly cardio.
2. THE GREATNESS WALK
Vest or pack on. 45 minutes. Unbroken.
A separate session to the workout. Two 25 minute walks do not add up to one, because the point is the unbroken block, not the total.
Does not count: steps you took through the day, walking the dog with nothing on your back, or a treadmill stroll while you answer emails.
3. THE GREATNESS PLATE
Every meal. All day. One slip is a red day.
In: meat, eggs, fish, poultry, fruit, honey, sweet potato.
Out: dairy. All of it. Milk, cheese, yoghurt, cream, butter, and whey protein.
Whey is the one men get wrong. They count a shake as protein instead of as dairy. It is dairy and it breaks the day.
Vegetables are your call. You do not need them. If you want them, have them.
Fasting counts. A day you ate nothing is a green day for this pillar. Travel days, long drives, a day that got away from you. Eating nothing never breaks the standard.
Snacks that work: biltong, jerky, hard boiled eggs, tinned fish, fruit, honey.
4. THE GREATNESS WATER
Four litres. Minimum. Every man, whatever you weigh.
Electrolytes are encouraged and they still count toward the four. At this volume you need them.
Not water: coffee, tea, and anything with calories in it.
5. THE GREATNESS PROOF
One photo a day. You have to be in it.
On the walk, in the gym, in the kitchen, anywhere. It just has to be you and it has to be that day.
It does not have to be the mirror. No shirt off, no front on, nothing standardised.
A photo of your weights, your water bottle or your watch does not count. You are the subject. That is the pillar.
Recommended but never required: take a private progress photo as well, same time and same light. That is the one that shows you what changed. It never gets posted.
YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS
You do not start at 45 and 45. You start at 30 and 30, and you climb on a schedule that is published before you pay.
Days 1 to 30. 30 minute workout, 30 minute walk. 60 minutes total.
Days 31 to 44. 35 and 35. 70 minutes total.
Day 45 onward. 45 and 45. 90 minutes total.
Only the workout and the walk step up. The plate, the four litres and the photo run at full standard from day one. There is no easy version of those and there never will be.
Your streak counts from day one. A green day at 30 minutes is worth exactly the same as day 400 at 45. What you are ranked on is that you showed up.
Your step shows on your profile next to your streak and your total. Two men on different steps are never compared without it being visible which step each one is on.
Your step moves with your day count, not your join date. On day 31 you are on 35 and 35, whether you joined in week one or in month six.
Day 31 and day 45 each earn a badge.
THE DAY ITSELF
Cutoff is 23:59 your own local time. Not mine, not the group's. You run your own midnight.
A late log is a red day. The day is banked or it is gone. No logging yesterday this morning, ever.
A missed post is a missed day, even if you did all five things. The board can only count what got logged.
That last one is harsh and it needs to be. The alternative is a board built on trust me, I did it. That board is worth nothing.
Nobody is checking your timestamps. This runs on honour.
It works because you are not reporting to a coach. You are reporting to a number sitting next to every other man's number. Tick a box you did not earn and you keep a streak you know is fake. A fake streak stops working on you inside a fortnight.
