Mortgage Comparison v2.0
I have adjusted the Mortgage Comparison sheet to include percent/amount calc and it also gives you an overall % cost of the finance. Download in Free Resources.
Just wanted to share this remortgage illustration with you all. Property is block with shop and 3 flats. Mortgage is with Shawbrook. Interbay are clearly cheaper but if Shawbrook lower legal and valuation fees, it might be better to stay with them. Products I am considering are in Yellow. Last time around, lender's legal fees were £1,813.
