Just seen this from NRLA…

Rollout of the new national landlord database will start in December – with landlords to pay £65 per property per year to register.

It is mandatory for all private sector landlords in England to sign up to the register, which is being introduced under phase two of the Renters' Rights Act.

A full timetable of regional rollouts has now been confirmed, starting in the West Midlands. Click below for more on your registration deadline, and what it means in practice.
