Blitzing
Coaches how often should I blitz, in my situation we lacked penetration last year 11u, as defense coordinator I want to disrupt the play every play but if im having issues with the line getting penetration I want to scheme in blitzing, I was thinking if I execute load and scheme blitzing to get to back field before the play gets a chance to develop.
Also some of my lineman in their stance their knee buckles in sideways almost hitting the other knee. Any tips to fix this?
