Hi dr Sarah in perio abcess case if patient medical history says diabetic how can we manage the patient can we partially drain abcess through gums with finger pressure and put him on antibiotics and send to gp to check blood sugar levels ? Doc can u please clarify how we manage this case in diabetic patients
