1. No Circumvention — Zero Tolerance
If someone shares a landlord, agent, investor, or deal, you do not go behind their back. No “misunderstanding,” no “I thought it was fine,” no excuses. Poach once, and you're gone. No debate.
2. No Selling — Don’t Even Try It
No coaching pitches. No “DM me for help. ”No pretending you’re offering 'advice' when you’re really fishing for clients. If you try to turn the group into your funnel, you’re removed instantly.
3. Share Real Progress
Wins, losses, lessons, systems, deal flow, struggles, bring the real stuff. Everyone here is trying to level up, not look good.
4. Ask Clear, Actionable Questions
Be specific. Operators help operators, not people who want hand-holding.
5. Respect the Circle
If you see someone breaking the rules, flag it privately. We protect the environment here, not create drama.
Now the good part.
You’re in a room full of people who are actually moving. Use it. Ask for help, share wins, connect with people, and don’t be shy about contributing. Everyone started somewhere, and everybody here wants to see each other win.
