Order types issue

I am in stage 1 order types. I can't see the trade icon on the bottom left corner like it is in Mitch's video or it says paper trading as well as being able to buy or sell. It keeps saying this is a non tradeable icon. Has anyone had this issue before and how did you manage to get around it?
