Every trader has rules. But the truth? Most only follow them when it’s convenient.
Rules aren’t there to guide you when things are easy —they exist to protect you when your emotions take over. Today is about rehearsing your rules until they’re second nature.
🎯 Today’s Focus: Build Unbreakable Discipline
✅ Task 1: Write out your top 5 trading rules. Not 20 — just 5.Example:
- Never chase.
- Always use a stop.
- Risk less than 1%.
- Trade only A+ setups.
- Journal every trade.
✅ Task 2: Visualize yourself breaking one rule — and the cost. Imagine it emotionally, financially, and mentally. That pain will hardwire discipline faster than theory ever could.
✅ Task 3: Rehearse your rules before each session. Read them aloud before you trade. Repetition builds reflex.
